Return Policy

We hope you are thrilled with your online purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we’ll gladly offer you a refund or exchange for most of our merchandise.

Refunds/Exchanges

  • Refund or exchange for most of our merchandise within 30 days from receipt of product(s). 
  • Product(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 
  • Include receipt or proof of purchase.

    • We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. 
    • Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless Damaged/Wrong Product.

Refunds

  • Refunds are made to the original method of payment less the original shipping fee and return shipping fee. 
  • Taxes charged are refunded in accordance with state and local laws. 
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. 
  • Returns that arrive with postage due will be returned to the sender. 
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages/Wrong Products

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us within 15 days if the product is defective, damaged OR if you receive the wrong product.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the product you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new products.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of products cannot be returned, which include:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized products)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses.
