Shipping Policy

Sprig can ship to most states in the US.   We reserve the right to refuse shipment of any order at our sole discretion. If an order is refused by Sprig, a refund will be issued in full.

Current shipping estimates:
Expedited (1-3 day processing | 2-3 day transit)
Standard (1-3 day processing | 3-5 day transit)

Shipping processing and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We do our best to ship all orders within 1 to 3 business days of order placement, excluding weekends and holidays. We appreciate your patience and support of our small business, and are available at support@shopsprig.com to help with anything you might need.

Please note that once your package is with a carrier, we are unable to make changes to your order, delivery address, or shipping speed. Please be sure to double check all of your delivery information and selected shipping speed before completing checkout as we may not be able to make changes once your order is placed.
